The G-Unit leader, 50 Cent is off the hook for a copyright infringement lawsuit saying that he stole the lyrics and idea from an autobiography for his Before I Self Destruct film and album.
As of Yesterday,Wednesday September 21st, 50 Cent can kiss the copyright infringement lawsuit against him goodbye.
The lawsuit against 50 and his record companies was dismissed in Federal Court in Newark, New Jersey.

50 Cent to star as a pimp in the Alaska-based thriller The Frozen Ground.
The G-Unit head honcho will be appearing as a pimp from the 1980′s in the film, which also features Nicholas Cage, John Cusack and Vanessa Hudgens.
The $27 million budget production kicks off on October 10th. It’s the true story of serial killer Robert Hansen, also known as the “Butcher Baker.” Hansen targeted prostitutes and murdered as many as 21 women in the ’70s and ’80s.
50 Cent is not only acting in the film, he’s also executive producing the film.

50 Cent is being sued after a woman is claiming that she was brutally beaten and assaulted for oral sex at 50 Cent’s mansion in 2009.
The woman, Vasti Ortiz, has filed a lawsuit in Superior Court of Hartford, Connecticut against the rapper and several employees of G–Unit Records, G-Unit Films and Television and 50 Cent, born Curtis Jackson.
The man in question is 50 Cent’s associate Dwayne McKenzie, who the woman claims assaulted her during a visit to the rapper’s sprawling mansion, in August of 2009.

Last night in New York, 50 Cent celebrated the launch of his new energy drink, Street King [September 14th].
Fif, and his business partners, manager Chris Lighty and Street King executive Chris Clark, hosted an intimate event for about 50 music executives, journalists and other movers and shakers at the Hudson Hotel.
The concept of the Street King energy shot, to fight world hunger, was all from the man himself, 50 Cent. For every shot that is purchased, a meal is provided for a child in need.
50 Cent wants to serve over 1 billion meals through the Street King energy drink initiative, which has already been supported from superstars like Justin Bieber, Drake, Lady Gaga and others.
