Looks Like Lindsay Lohan’s camp is doing some clean up as always with the reckless actress. Lilo is is finally making an official statement in regards to what went down this week at the Betty Ford Clinic through her dutiful lawyer Shawn Chapman Holley.
But the statement lacks any details its more like a denial and hint at her innocence.
Lindsay Lohan knows how to stay in the news. Last week Lindsay and a friend went out to a bar in LA and when the got back to Betty Ford she was told she had to take a alcohol and drug test.
Lilo did and passed the test, but now she is in the center of a police probe amid allegations a staff member at California’s Betty Ford clinic was assaulted during the actress’ stay.
According to TMZ, She was moved to another rehab unit last week (12/13) to complete her court ordered treatment for violating her probation stemming from a DUI arrest.
But her relocation has been mired in controversy – it emerged on Tuesday (12/10) that officers in Palm Desert, California are investigating after a female member of the Betty Ford staff was assaulted during an altercation with Lohan and some pals, according to TMZ.com.
Cops received a call at 1.03am on 12 December (10) for “hand-to-hand battery” – but a source tells the website Lohan was not the perpetrator of the incident.
The troubled actress insists she didn’t strike the first blow and merely pushed back at the unnamed member of staff after she was “unfairly” lectured about arriving at the home after her curfew and ordered to take a drug or alcohol test.
Lohan apparently yelled, “Take your hands off of me” as the drama escalated, and then “pushed back” against the woman.
Wow – so much drama!

That bites, and stalker celebs is so 1992, can we just get a better gig and stop stalking.
